My name is Max Westlake, founder of Westlake Property Group.

I am an electrical engineer working in the fast-paced aerospace sector, where attention to detail, planning, and risk management are critical.

That engineering mindset underpins how I approach property- carefully, responsibly, and with long-term performance in mind.

I am also a husband and father, which has shaped my values around responsibility, reliability, and protecting what matters. Those same values are central to how I treat the properties entrusted to us.

Alongside my professional career, I have extensive hands-on experience in

residential property. I have personally completed two full home extensions,

undertaking every stage from groundwork and bricklaying through to roofing.

This has given me a practical understanding of how properties are built, maintained, and improved- not just managed.

Westlake Property Group was created to provide landlords with secure, handsoff income while ensuring their properties are cared for to a professional standard. We take a long-term view, treating every property as if it were our own investment.
